Shadow Gambit Tactical RTS Demo Available Now

Shadow Gambit: The cursed crew is available as a demo now, and if you like real time strategy this one is definitely worth looking at. It’ll be familiar for strategy fans who have played Commandos, Desperados or Shadow Tactics, and provides an ethereal pirate take on this well loved genre.

It’s got some great cutscenes, and the title looks to be one which puts humour front and centre, amidst some great tactical gameplay.

You’ll use various characters, each of which come with their own abilities to help you get around the map and take out the enemies along your way. It’s a decent looking game and, while the controls are a little tricky at the moment, it’s absolutely worth checking out if you haven’t already.

This one is releasing in august but you can give it a go now thanks to the steam next fest demo bonanza. Let us know what you think, but it’s definitely one we’re looking forward to.
